Mindfulness is a form of meditation in which you focus on being intensely aware of what you are sensing and feeling in the moment.

Practising mindfulness involves deep breathing exercises, guided imagery, and other practices to aid relax the body and mind and help reduce stress. Practising mindfulness will help you redirect your attention away from your daily inner thoughts that are causing you a distraction. Mindfulness will help you improve attention, and can also help improve sleep.
